TWHM SCOPE
This
workshop focuses on advanced micro- and nano-electronics based on semiconductor
heterostructures. Devices and materials include III-Vs, group IV and other
semiconductors. Areas of interest are not only limited to high-speed and
high-frequency, but also power applications due to the recent progress in wide
band-gap devices. The workshop consists of about 20 invited papers selected from
the leading edge of these fields and about 40
contributed papers.
