SUBMISSION
OF PAPERS
To
present a paper, please submit two-page abstract written in English. Your
abstract must clearly and concisely state the specific results of your work.
Within the two-page limit, the abstract should include appropriate graphs,
drawings, and key references. Electronic submission through the web site is
strongly recommended. Please check the TWHM web site for detailed instructions
and further inquiries.

The special section of TWHM will be published on the IEICE Transactions on Electronics in July 2010. The deadline for paper submission is scheduled in October 2009.
The submitted abstracts are printed as they are and will be distributed as "Abstracts of 8th Topical Workshop on Heterostructure Microelectronics 2009". Please download the TWHM format guideline.
